If you are depressed, we can deal with it. But dealing with depression is going to take faith and a little effort. Hang in there, follow some good advice and you can enjoy good mental health.
The first and most important thing I have to tell you is that feelings lie. Feelings are a part of your chemical makeup, therefore, they can send false signals. If you are suffering from depression, it is likely your brain chemistry is off and your feelings are lying to you.
My point is, if you are depressed, stop listening to your feelings. Listen to my faith until you can build your own. There is hope for you and there is a reason to hang on.
I will never forget the day I learned I wasn’t invisible and that I mattered. You’ll have your day if you hang in there and trust that if God will heal me, He’ll heal you as well.

It is difficult to know whether you are clinically depressed, a condition caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain or if you are in a spiritual funk. There are other causes for the fog such as poor nutrition, harmful medication, a stressful lifestyle, hormonal imbalances, to name just a few.
